- Pricing
- Rates are bespoke per stay; quotations follow enquiry. All prices are quoted excluding Japanese consumption tax (10%) unless stated otherwise.
- Additional Fees
- Bank transfer fees (if applicable), chauffeur service, optional guides, special arrangements
- Payment
- Bank transfer, major credit cards, or invoice (corporate, subject to prior approval).
- Deposit & Balance
- 50% deposit on reservation confirmation. Balance payable on or before check-in. Corporate retreats subject to individual agreement.
- Service Period
- As confirmed in the reservation. Check-in / check-out times vary by package; confirmed in writing at booking.
- Cancellation
- 60+ days prior: no charge
- 30–59 days prior: 30% of total
- 14–29 days prior: 50% of total
- Within 13 days: 100% of total
- Corporate/University retreats: per contract
- Refunds
- For confirmed cancellations within the policy above, refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Governing Law
- Japanese law. Venue: Otsu Summary Court / Otsu District Court.
